These terms cover your use of this website, which is operated by TNT Contracting of Anchorage, Alaska. They are short on purpose.
The site is information, not a contract
Prices, timelines, and descriptions on this site are general information, not an offer. Actual work is quoted in writing after a site visit, and every job is governed by the signed estimate or contract for that job. If anything on this site conflicts with your signed contract, the contract wins.
Quote requests
Sending a quote request through this site does not create an obligation on either side. We aim to respond within one business day and to deliver a written, itemized estimate within 48 hours of the site walk. Those are goals we take seriously, not guarantees.
Photos you send
By attaching photos to a quote request you confirm you have the right to share them, and you give us permission to use them to evaluate and scope your job. We do not publish your photos without asking you first.
Acceptable use
Do not use the quote form to send spam, solicitations, or anything unlawful. We block abusive traffic.
Content and availability
We work to keep the site accurate and online, but it is provided as is. We may change or remove content at any time, and we are not liable for problems that come from relying on the site itself. Our responsibility for actual construction work is set out in each job's contract, backed by our State of Alaska contractor license, insurance, and bond.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alaska.
