Pre-engineered steel, stick-built, or hybrid: we'll recommend the structure that fits your budget and your site, not the one that's easiest to sell. Recent work includes a 60×80 bifold-door hangar at Merrill Field and a stick-built 4-plex in Wasilla delivered within 4% of bid.

How the job goes.

1. Scope & spec review

   We start from your spec, your engineer's drawings, or a blank napkin. Use case drives the structure: clear-span steel for aircraft and equipment, stick-built for multi-unit.

2. Bid & bond

   A line-itemed bid with real numbers, and a job-specific bond on the contract. Commercial clients get references from past commercial work on request.

3. Permits & site prep

   Permit run handled in-house. Sitework, utilities, and foundation scheduled to weather windows. We pour when the ground and the forecast agree.

4. Erection & envelope

   Steel erection or framing, then the envelope: roof, walls, doors, glazing. Snow-load and wind engineering verified at every inspection point.

5. Finish & handover

   Interior build-out to your spec: mezzanines, offices, bays. Final inspections, as-builts, warranty documents, and a walkthrough before the keys change hands.
