One contract, one contractor. We run the permits, manage the subs, and stay on the job from excavation to the final walkthrough. And because we're roofers first, the top of your house gets built like it matters, because up here, it does.

How the job goes.

1. Sit-down & site walk

   We start with your plans, or your sketch on paper, and a walk of the lot. Access, drainage, snow shedding, and sun exposure all shape the bid.

2. Itemized bid

   A line-itemed construction bid: sitework, foundation, framing, roof, mechanical allowances, finishes, contingency. You see what each phase costs before you commit.

3. Permits & engineering

   We run the permit package and coordinate engineering: snow-load calcs, foundation design, energy compliance. You sign; we handle the counter visits.

4. Foundation & framing

   Excavation, foundation, and framing engineered for the loads your site will actually see. Framing inspections photographed and documented as we go.

5. Dry-in & finish

   Roof, windows, wrap, and siding get the building weathertight, then mechanical, electrical, insulation, and interior finish follow in sequence.

6. Walkthrough & warranty

   Punch-list walk with you before handover. Photo record of the build, warranty paperwork, and a phone number that still answers after the keys change hands.
