Roof Repair

Not every failing roof needs replacing. A lifted flashing, a cracked vent boot, or one winter's ice damage can usually be fixed for a fraction of a re-roof, if it's diagnosed right. We find the actual entry point, fix it properly, and tell you honestly when a repair is only buying time.

Most repairs are scoped from one site visit and finished in a single trip. Active leaks get priority scheduling. Call us before the ceiling gets worse.

How the job goes.

1. Call or send photos

   Tell us what you're seeing: a stain, a drip, shingles in the yard after a windstorm. Photos help us triage, and active leaks jump the schedule.

2. On-site diagnosis

   We walk the roof and check the attic side where there's access. Most leaks travel. The stain is rarely under the hole. We find the entry point before quoting anything.

3. Written diagnosis & quote

   You get a written diagnosis with photos and a line-itemed repair price. If the roof is past the point of repair, we'll say so and quote the re-roof honestly instead.

4. The repair

   Flashing, shingles, vent boots, chimney seals: all repaired to match the existing roof as closely as materials allow. Most jobs are done in one visit.

5. Verify & document

   We water-test where practical and send photo documentation of the finished repair. If the same spot ever leaks again, you call us first.
